Twice baked chipotle sweet potatoes (just in case you hate those "marshmallow" sweet potatoes)
Sourdough stuffing
Zucchini casserole "to die for"
Green beans with mushrooms, onions and almonds
Zucchini corn bake
Roasted sesame-glazed sweet potatoes

What a great source of recipe ideas for Thanksgiving...or any day for that matter. I'm really taken with both your ideas for sweet potatoes, with chipotles and with sesame-glaze. Yum!
