Get 'em while they're hot folks, because in just 2 1/2 short months, these babies will not be found in any grocery store and will be selling for $5.00 a bag on Ebay, the exploiter of all things not available elsewhere.)
And yes, I do have a problem with dark chocolate mint ANYTHING. 
You might want to try these dark chocolate mint cookies. They take chocolate chip cookies to a whole new level. Like heaven, maybe.

Oh yeah! The greatest baking invention EVER! Those mint chips take 5 minute fudge to a whole new level of happiness. I actually keep chocolate fudge in my freezer for when I need just a little chocolate hit. I may run out of sugar or eggs - but always have my chocolate stash..

Why have I never seen these? Mint chocolate chip is Hubby's favorite ice cream. He'd die and go to heaven if he bit into a chocolate chip studded with these babies. I'm making room in the big freezer and going shopping. Heck, someday you might have to deal with me on eBay. :)

Um, I hate to admit this to you, but I have two bags in my freezer from last year. I tended not to use the cause Grumpy griped. :-p
